Oil and vinegar Drizzler Cruets: New product available at Cruets.com

Custom-designed for retail sale, the new oil and vinegar Drizzler Cruets sold at Cruets.com help consumers avoid the dripping often associated with the popular condiments. The product is sold in a matching set and is available exclusively on the web site. It is fast becoming a popular gift item.

LAKESIDE, AZ. -- Cruets.com is pleased to announce the availability of the new oil and vinegar Drizzler Cruets.

According to Cruets.com representative Brad Brand, the new products are custom made for the company, designed to eliminate the traditional messiness associated with oil and vinegar bottles. The Drizzler Cruets are available exclusively through the web site.

“Oil and vinegar is a healthy addition to the diet, but there is one unsavory aspect about using oil and vinegar; it can be reduced to the indiscriminate drip,” Brand said. “Oil and vinegar bottles drip. They drip down the side. They drip on the table, ruining fine linens. Drips occur on the counter, drips find their way to your apron, eventually oil drips on the floor. Quality vinegar will drip as well, adding sticky to the oily.”

With this dilemma in mind, Brand directed the design of the new Drizzler Cruets. Fine olive oil and gourmet vinegar, he surmised, can be dispensed in glass drizzle cruets made for the perfect drizzle flow, absolutely free from drips down the bottle or on the table.

No one enjoys touching oily and sticky bottles or decanters, and there is no need to constantly wipe the bottles clean to enjoy the condiments, thanks to the unique design of the Drizzler Cruets, he said.

Quality is just as important as design at Cruets.com, Brand added. Instead of mass producing the product, “the Drizzler Cruets are hand blown by European glass craftsmen just for our company,” he said.

The Drizzler Cruets are sold in a matching set, each holding 6 fluid ounces. According to custom specifications, they are made of lightweight, durable and hygienic, hand-blown borosilicate glass. Each cruet consists of two pieces: a glass pour spout and the vessel body. They are dishwasher safe and backed by a 100% guarantee.

“The Drizzler Cruets have become one of our best selling gift products,” Brand said. “Last year we sold out of them at Christmas. They are already becoming a popular gift selection for Mother's Day, and other gift occasions.”

Cruets.com has been an online gourmet gift site since 1999. The company began as a wholesale supplier to hotels and restaurants. Their exclusive products are only available for retail purchase online.

Make a Difference: Become a Host Family to an International Student

All types of homes -- families, couples, grandparents, single-person households and others -- are eligible to host a foreign exchange student for a school semester. Apply online at http://www.ForeignExchangeStudent.com.

Fort Worth, TX -- Exploring the world and experiencing a different culture, all in your own home, is possible. Just become a host family for an international student.

Families are now needed to host foreign exchange students across North Texas.

Pat Specht, representative for OCEAN (Organization for Cultural Exchange Among Nations), AYA (Academic Year in America) and SEA (Student Exchange Alliance), is taking applications for host families for the 2007-2008 school year. Interested applicants can inquire about the program online at http://www.ForeignExchangeStudent.com.

The application should be started as soon as possible, as students begin arriving in August, Specht said. To ensure the safety of the foreign students, the process includes a home visit and criminal background check all adults over age 18 in the household .

Specht has been a host, herself, for the past decade. While host families are completely voluntary and are not paid, she said those who do become hosts enjoy a rich cultural experience, while making a difference in a child’s life.

“Host families become so fond of their foreign students that they form lifelong friendships, often traveling to the exchange students’ home countries to visit and meet their families and to experience their daily lives,” said Specht.

To assist in the exchange experience, host families will receive support from a local student representative. All host families can earn travel credit to visit the exchange student in their home country and scholarships towards sending their own child overseas as an exchange student.

Specht said families can chose to host an international student for 5 or 10 months.

“When people ask, ‘Why do you host?’ I tell them that I do it for the long-term relationship I’m going to have with a child and their family. You change their life and they change yours,” said Diane Torres, a local coordinator and host mother in Texas.

Local students who would like to become experience another country and become a foreign exchange student can apply at http://www.ForeignExchangeStudent.com.

For more information, call Pat Specht at 817-726-8367 or Diane Torres at 817-713-1426. To start the application process, visit online http://www.ForeignExchangeStudent.com.

Internet Video Sparks New Life in Real Estate Market

New England-based inMotion Real Estate Media offers high-end, professional video productions for luxury properties with its Showcase Residential product.

BOSTON, Mass.-- High speed Internet is bringing real estate marketing into the 21st century with the explosion of video.

Still photos might give a general feel for a property, but online video takes prospective buyers there, according to Bob Samii, founder of inMotion Real Estate Media, LLC.

Buyers are now able to take video tours of properties via the Internet.

“Online videos are a powerful communication tool and an important emerging technology that real estate marketers must learn to embrace,” Samii said. “A video can quickly engage a large target audience and effectively communicate the value of a property -- and even evoke emotion – far more effectively than any other media.”

With the rise in popularity of high speed Internet and online videos in the past year, inMotion Real Estate Media started offering high-end, professional real estate video productions for luxury properties with its Showcase Residential product.

“Showcase Residential blends full motion video, professional voiceover narration and cutting-edge post production to create a powerful marketing tool that impresses,” said Samii. “The product can help real estate professionals communicate vital property information and highlight key property features.”

The company utilizes the talents of a team of media production experts, cinematographers and real estate professionals. While the business was started in Portsmouth, N.H., the company has a production team in Los Angeles and a network of professional videographers in both the east and west coast.

“Our team of professionals has a clear understanding of the marketing needs of the real estate industry and the expertise to create solutions to serve these needs,” said Samii.

Turnover for a video is between five to 10 days from start of production to final product.

According to Samii, clients of the Showcase Residential service receive 20 custom DVDs as well as an Internet-ready file, which can be added to any Web site or online Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listing. The end result may be viewed by thousands of potential buyers online.

The company also produces videos for commercial properties, hotels and resorts, and residential developments.

For more information, visit inMotion Real Estate Media online at http://www.inmotionrealestate.com or call 1-800-831-9256.

Fingerprints Boutique celebrates Grand Opening online

High quality, hand painted clothing, pottery and accessories now available at FingerprintsBoutique.com. Owner and artist Jennifer Meinking started the business to stay at home while raising her three children. The Web site opens for business Monday, Jan. 15.

ASHLAND, OH -- Each person is born with a unique fingerprint that marks his or her individual stamp on life.

Celebrating that individuality just became easier with the grand opening of FingerprintsBoutique.com on Monday, Jan. 15.

The new online store offers a wide selection of hand painted clothing and pottery, as well as unique jewelry and accessories -- all custom crafted to order with an artist’s touch.

Artist Jennifer Meinking maintains the store from her home in Ashland, Ohio.

Meinking started painting clothing four years ago. Her first project was to paint a onesie at a baby shower.

“When all the other ladies made such a fuss over it, I realized this might be a great avenue for me as a stay-at-home mother,” she said.

Starting out, she painted gifts for family and friends and listed some of her wares on eBay. She has spent much of the past four years working on new designs, experimenting with different articles of clothing, paints and techniques. More than a year ago, she discovered the high quality of DecoArt SoSoft paint, which allows her painted clothing to remain soft to the touch. The acrylic-based fabric paint adheres directly to the fibers in the cloth, she explained. All of Meinking’s clothing items are machine washable.

“I love Jen’s painted clothing. The details are amazing and they are so much better in person than the pictures,” said customer Deena Licht of Tulsa, OK. “I have bought painted clothes before and was really disappointed, but these are great. The quality of the shirts and pants is amazing. I have accidentally washed and  dried (my daughter’s) set three times now and they look as great as when we first got them. I definitely recommend Jen’s work!”

Meinking describes her style as “very detailed, oftentimes with the personalization worked into the actual design. My work tends to be more realistic than cutesy. I do all of my painting and even lettering free-hand. I also sign everything I do, which increases its value as wearable art.”

She also offers a guarantee on her clothing.

“I stand behind my products so much that I offer a personal guarantee,” said Meinking. “If anyone should find a crack or fading spot on clothing I have painted, no matter how long it has been, I will touch it up at my own expense, including shipping. Even if the item is washed incorrectly, I will offer this service.”

More recently, Meinking added hand painted pottery to her collection. In addition to offering a specialty family plate, painted with professional, food-safe glazes, she plans to introduce her own dinnerware lines and decorative items. Pottery sold at Fingerprints Boutique is professionally fired by a local pottery shop, Sarah McPotts.

Meinking also sells items on her Web site in collaboration with other designers, such as hand-sewn ruffle jeans, handcrafted jewelry and bows.

As part of the grand opening celebration, customers will enjoy 20 percent off their purchases at Fingerprints Boutique from Jan. 15-31.

For more information, visit http://www.fingerprintsboutique.com, email ladymeinking@fingerprintsboutique.com or call 419-207-8034.

Top Silver Analyst to Speak at Silver Mining Day Europe

For Immediate Release

Top Silver Analyst to Speak at Silver Mining Day Europe

David Morgan, founder of Silver-Investor.com and author of “Get the Skinny on Silver Investing,” to share wealth of information on silver, silver mining companies and the global picture for precious metals at conference.

COLBERT, WA -- Top silver analyst and author David Morgan takes his message abroad in March for Silver Mining Day Europe.

The founder of Silver-Investor.com and author of “Get the Skinny on Silver Investing” is speaking March 15, 2007, at the Baur au Lac in Zurich, Switzerland, and March 20, 2007, at the Grand Hyatt Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is his first trip to Zurich in several years and first trip to Dubai ever.

Morgan’s speech will touch on the following topics: silver fundamentals, supply and demand, technological uses, long-term price projections, economic considerations, investments and mining shares.

The conference is free.

A private economist for more than two decades, Morgan put his life-long study of free-market economics to work in the late 1990s researching the economy, stock market behavior and precious metals, especially silver. His interest in the precious metal led him to publish “The Morgan Report,” a research report that has grown in popularity and is today seen as one of the pre-eminent reports on free market economics. His reports are now published monthly at his Web site at http://www.silver-investor.com. His reports feature specific ideas so investors can profit from the secular bull market in natural resources.

He believes silver needs more exposure as a store of value and he sees a demand squeeze coming due to the amount of silver used in technology.

In addition to authoring “Get the Skinny on Silver Investing,” Morgan has been published in Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, Futures Magazine, The Herald Tribune, Gold Newsletter, Resource Consultants and several other publications. He currently hosts “The Morgan Report” weekly radio metals wrap-up for the Financial Sense News hour.

For more information, visit the conference sponser’s Web site at www.silberinfo.de, e-mail team@silberinfo.de or visit Mr. Morgan’s Web site at http://www.silver-investor.com, e-mail support@silver-investor.com or call 509-464-1651.

Useful Tool for eBay Shoppers this Holiday Season

The Misspelled Auction Toolbar helps bargain-hunter find deals on eBay. It is available to download for free at MoneyByAuction.com.

KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA  -- Bargain-hunters will benefit from a new tool when shopping online this holiday season.

The Misspelled Auction Toolbar is free to download at http://www.moneybyauction.com/tool.

The toolbar helps buyers find misspelled eBay auctions through a simple search function, according to Terry Thomas of Kelowna, B.C., owner of MoneyByAuction.com.

“Countless eBay auctions are listed daily for valuable items, which sell for next to nothing. Why? Because they contain spelling mistakes,” said On Ouchs of Vernon, B.C., who helped develop the search script for the toolbar. “These auctions do not appear in the regular search results due to the errors and, because of that, fewer people bid on them.”

Searches for popular and expensive brand name items, such as Motorola, Louis Vuitton, PlayStation, will often reveal once-in-a-lifetime bargains, added Ouchs.

The toolbar is easy to download and is guaranteed free of adware and spyware. To try the search without downloading the software, visit http://www.moneybyauction.com/misspell2.php.

MoneyByAuction.com is headquartered in Kelowna, B.C. The Web site features eBay tips for buyers and sellers, an online forum and more.

For more information about the Misspelled Auction Toolbar, visit the Web site at http://www.moneybyauction.com.

eBay Seller to Auction PlayStation 3 System for $1

Successful bidder must be on Santa’s Good List for 2006, says eBay seller On Ouchs. The Vernon, B.C., resident hopes to give the gaming system -- which he paid nearly $1,500 USD for -- a good home this holiday season.

VERNON, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- In the past month, several eBay sellers monopolized on the market demand for Sony’s hard-to-find PlayStation 3 gaming systems.

With Sony releasing just 400,000 of the units in North America, the units listed on eBay sold far above retail value.

On Ouchs is taking a different approach to his eBay auction.

The Vernon, B.C. resident is selling his still-packaged PlayStation 3 60-gigabyte console, two games and extra wireless controller -- retail valued from $700-$1000 USD -- for $1 on eBay. He paid about $1,500 USD, including the money he paid to take the position of someone in line at the local London Drugs store.

Why sell his PS3 for $1? “Because I am a nice guy,” Ouchs says. “And because I want to go down in history, and maybe get to appear on Jay Leno.”

The auction will run via Ouchs’ eBay store between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The buy-it-now price will be $1. For an unreleased period, the auction will be shielded from any bids through eBay‘s pre-qualified bidder process.

Prospective bidders who want to hit the buy-it-now button on eBay, purchasing the system, must first go to Ouchs’ Web site http://www.onedollarplaystation3.com and explain why they should be on Santa’s Good List for the year.

Sometime before Christmas, Ouchs plans to open the buy-it-now feature up to all. At that point, the auction will go quickly, selling to the first bidder who notices the auction is no longer being pre-screened.

“It’ll be fun and exciting,” Ouchs said. “In the end, somebody is going to be getting a great deal.”

He expects the auction to experience a large number of watchers and possibly be one of the largest eBay auctions ever, given the high public demand for the gaming consoles this season. If he is able to raise the funds, Ouchs wants to make the special delivery himself.

“I want to be able to hand deliver this system to the winning bidder and see the smile on their face,” he said.

For more information, visit http://www.onedollarplaystation3.com. The link to the auction will be posted on the site.

Wild Honeys bring calendar to life with DVD release

New Wild Honeys DVD release features beautiful women, hunting and fishing scenes in the wilds of Alaska and Minnesota. Sale of 2007 calendar and DVD via WildHoneyCalendar.com benefits various wildlife organizations.

WILLOW, ALASKA — The Wild Honeys are back with a DVD release, just in time for the holiday season.

The 100-minute Wild Honeys DVD is a live action film based on the recently-released 2007 calendar, featuring beautiful women, fishing and hunting in the wild. The calendar and DVD are available exclusively from the manufacturer on the Wild Honey Web site at http://www.wildhoneycalendar.com.

In addition to hundreds of additional photos from the calendar shoot, the DVD features hunting scenes of whitetail deer, ring neck pheasant, ptarmigan, grouse and turkey. There is also angling for arctic char, rainbow trout, king salmon, silver salmon and pink salmon.

The models/outdoorswomen teach viewers survival skills, including how to build a temporary shelter in the woods, how to build a fire in the snow and how to snare a snowshoe hare. They also demonstrate their cooking skills, showing how to make roast wild pheasant, minute deer steaks, and a simple bear roast.

According to Vicki Priebe, vice-president for Wild Honey Productions, the idea for the DVD evolved while shooting the calendar pictures on location in Alaska and Minnesota.

"We wanted to bring the girls and their surroundings to life in 3-D and show their personalities, along with the beauty of the natural surroundings," said Priebe.

She added that many of the Wild Honeys are avid outdoorswomen.

"Our cover girl, for example, actually goes bear hunting and fishing with her family on her personal time, and Miss May has been fishing since she was five years old and now out-fishes most men," said Priebe.

The DVD also has a blooper reel and a feature known as "hidden Easter egg," which is a button hidden somewhere in the scene selections. When the viewer finds the egg and clicks on it, the DVD shows close-ups of the girls in their bikinis and lingerie. There is no nudity in the film.

The calendar ($12.91) and DVD ($14.91) may be purchased at the Wild Honey Web site at http://www.wildhoneycalendar.com. There is a savings for buyers who purchase the calendar and DVD together.
A percentage of the net profits from products sold via the Wild Honey Web site are pooled into the Honey Pot, which is divided up at the end of the year and distributed to various wildlife organizations such as Trout Unlimited, Ruffed Grouse Society, National Wild Turkey Federation, Pheasants Forever, and International Game Fish Association, among others.

For more information, visit the Web site at http://www.wildhoneycalendar.com, email questions@wildhoneycalendar.com or write Wild, Inc., Attn: Customer Service, P.O. Box 589, Willow, AK 99688.

Press release to be distributed November 13, 2006.
